                                                                                                                                               THE MURDER

 

               In the state of lowskey there lived an 18 year boy named Louis Briggs. He is smart, intelligent, and really popular. One day he came from school early and then he called his friend tucker and he called him in the basement of a driving lot where recently a murder happened and strictly under police jurisdiction. Tucker was happy because he was called the most famous boy in the class. Then he went to the basement there was Louis with his knife ready to cut tucker. Tucker saw the knife and got confused started asking if this was some kind of sick prank but he saw murderous intent in Louis's eyes. Then he tried to run but the door was closed from outside sand then suddenly Louis stabbed Tucker in the back, tucker shouted loudly for help, he started to struggling with Louis but started to get unconscious and died.

               After that next day a guarding officer arrives in the building and sees that the scene of the crime of the previous murder is locked and then he tries to open it and it couldn’t be open so he brought a old key an opened it there he saw dead body and he become shocked and called the station. Police arrived and they took the body to the hospital and called the parents of tucker. Tucker’s mom and dad couldn’t stop crying and they wanted their son brim to justice at any cost. Days went by, but they had done nothing so the father of the child went to police station to check on the case but the police were struggling with murder at the same place. The father of the tucker yelled at police and tries to beat him because he couldn’t give time his son’s case. Seeing tucker's father like that he suggested a police officer from other district can handle the case if he gives permission. And he agreed to it. So the officer Tim called the laziest officer in his department to handle the case so that it seems like they have put an officer on the case until he finishes up with the first murder.

               The next day officer Sawmill fiddle came in the town. He was not very well welcomed in the police station. Officer Tim and Sam were close buddies during police training. They greeted each other delight after that Tim explained him the case and assigned only one officer to him and left. Tim knew Sam was a lazy he would not succeed in this case. Sam went to his cabin with assigned officer Freddy. Freddy brings the case of the file and then Sam says to freed to take it easy, relax a bit life isn’t going anywhere. He time passed all day and took the file home pretending that he working hard on the case.

               Meanwhile Louis was at home wondering did he live any evidence during the murder. Then Louis thought to himself when he last called tucker it was from the television booth but he remembered that tucker has a call recording function in their telephone. So he has to erase the call recording otherwise police would find out that he was the murder.

               So he went to tucker's house to offer his condolences. Tucker’s mother shaine opens the door for him and welcomed him. Louis was a intelligent guy he did not show any anxiety on his face and with calm mind he started to look for their telephone with talking to sharla.She welcomed him in their living room .But she was already accompanied by officer Sam and she introduced them and went on to bring some ice tea. Officer Sam started talking to Louis about tucker and his personality. Louis said all good things about tucker how he was a wonderful human being. Sam wanted to know the darker side of tucker, who was he friends with, who were his enemies, did he recently gone in fight with someone, love interest, etc.Louis said he was not technically really good friends with tucker. Louis didn’t knew any police officer is going to be there but he anticipated that situation and planned accordingly.Sharla brought the drinks and then Sam asked is there anything suspicious going on with tucker before he was murder. She said that he got a phone call before his murder maybe that could help out. So Sam to check the phone but the phone wasn’t working and then shale thought somebody must be pulled out the plug of the telephone so shale and Sam went to check the wire. Louis thought to himself “Good thing that I pulled telephones wire before coming here”. Then he went to telephone and as soon as Sam put the plug on, he immediately deleted only his call on that day. Then suddenly Sam

Came Louis didn’t had time to go to his seat. Sam wondered what was Louis doing near the phone. Then Louis said “I was here to check on you guys”. Sam become suspicious of Louis ,he went the near the phone and played the exact call recording of that day before tucker leaved the house then he found it was the call from Anthony asking for home work. Louis said to himself “Everything is going according to my plan, the day on the murder I kept Anthony reminding to particularly call tucker and invite him in online gaming challenge as soon as tucker was online I called him knowing that Anthony must have called him clearing my all tracks but I didn’t expected that stupid police officer would be here, Now he is suspicious of me I have to do anything to avoid it". After listening the recording police officer found nothing of evidence so he decided to call it a day and went home and Louis also went to his house.

                                                                                                                                                      CHAPTER:-2

                                                                                                                                              THE EVIDENCE

 

 

                              After that officer decided to do nothing about the case because there was no point as he thought it is impossible to find a clue but officer Tim warned him about tuckers father Charles so he decided to wonder of in the city saying that it was for investigation actually it was for fun. Louis sitting in his home warring about this police officer, he decided he was a threat and he must eliminate him and there must not be slight bit of suspicion on him. So he decided to keep an eye on him.

                              Anthony at his home while playing game thought to himself “On the day tucker was murder I called him and Louis to play game, first Louis was online then after that tucker came online and suddenly Louis left the game first and soon after that tucker left as well, I don't know maybe I am thinking too much but that day for the first time Louis asked me invite tucker and we never played with him before and eventually neither of us played. This not much but I think police should have this information”. So he decided to go to police and give this info.

                              The next day after having breakfast Anthony was leaving the house and he saw Louis outside the house smirking looking like a person who could kill a person, Anthony thought to himself “That devilish look wonder what he wants”, Louis approached “Where are you going this early in the morning", Louis knew he was going to police, he was the last evidence that Louis has to dispose of. Anthony replied “No where, just out taking walk. But why are you here?”Louis replied "I was just passing by and suddenly you where coming right out the door so I stopped, let’s just go together shall we?”Then Anthony agreed so they started to walk together. Louis said am going to hospital".anthony asked “why?""My grandfather had a stroke so to visit him “said Louis."When did this happen?"Anthony asked. Louis replied "Remember the day we wanted to play online game with tucker on the same day my grandfather had a stroke so I left early from the game sorry about that"."Thank god you cleared that. I was going to the police to tell that before tucker was murdered, well we did not played but he came online something happened and suddenly he left the game but you left first. I don’t know this vital information but I must inform this to police right?""Ofcourse”Louis money was right on the horse."At least now I know that he was going to give police the little piece of evidence that I am afraid of, now I can kill him peacefully"louis thought to himself. Then suddenly from backside a man came running down and he pushed Anthony a little then immediately Louis put a handkerchief with chrolloform on Anthony’s face and thrower a knife to the man and pushed Anthony to the man. This man was a fugitive criminal who escaped and the police was behind him. Then police arrived at the scene and they saw knife in fugitives and he was holding a kid. The man said"Dont come near or I kill this kid" and then Anthony started to feel dizzy and was falling not the ground but the criminal assumed he was running so he stabbed in the back and after the seeing a kid die like that rookie police officer could not control his temper and he shot the fugitive five time and then Louis started crying for his friend who just died. And then city police took the charge and sent the kid to hospital and asked Louis to call his parents. After everything happened Louis came out of hospital wiping his tears and wearing goggle and he sees the sun and goes “What a hot morning ".Louis came home and opened a bottle of juice poured it in the glass and then thought to himself “Job well done! It was really risky. First thanks to yesterdays news that a murderer of Diana rose who was murdered before a day of tucker at the same place was been captured and soon be transferred to California jail for trail. I knew the only possible route to go California goes from the front of Anthony’s  house all I had to do was to put the spike trip on the road to make the car crash. I knew one thing about criminals is that they are at peak of their state of mind of finding a way to run until the last moment and they will do anything if they get that small ray of hope and I did know that fugitive will take small road and paths to avoid police .Then I just took Anthony through small roads and path and I had 60% guarantee that we will cross path but I took my chances and if the fugitive had escaped it would have been on me well but he was in there in the first place because of me but that the story of another time.

                              Sam was sitting on his sofa with a drink in his hand and cigarette in his mouth watching television then suddenly news pops up that "fugitive caught in Diana murder ran from a police and killed another kid. Kid’s name was Anthony here is some pictures of during the run." Reporter reported. Sam was falling asleep but he saw the photo and spotted Louis in it and got "what's that kid doing over there isn't he friend of that loser who got murder. Why is he there? Hmmm. Maybe a coincidence or maybe this kid knows something about both murder but he isn’t telling shit. What the hell? Do I really want to investigate this case but it's getting interesting though" Sam thought to himself and decided to investigate as long as it is interesting and called freed. Freddy was asleep and suddenly phone rings and in a low-key voice Freddy says"hello.who is this?" Sam replies "Your father" Freddy understands its Sam and wakes up and say "Yes sir. Is here any problem". Sam says “Yes there is a problem but not for me but for you idiot, now get all the info on the kid who studied in tucker's class I have suspicion on him. Let's see where this goes?”

                                                                                                                                             THE CONFRONTATION

     

                              The following day, Stacy a girl who was in love with tucker but was dating Louis, was sitting in Louis bedroom trying not to say anything about tucker.

Louis came with a glass of water and asked if she was okay she noded,"From the look of it she is been crying all day, the dark spot under her eyes tells it all and all for that pigmy will not allow you to think of anyone else other than me whatever I want in this world I would do anything to get it ....if not I will snatch it, I will win back you at any cost" Louis thought in mind. Seeing her upset Louis started to console herein know you had feeling for him but that doesn't mean that you have to feel guilty about it, you just lost someone who you truly loved and he died before knowing the truth, sure it hurts a little bit whatever I did was not enough for you" Louis said this and put his face in her lap and stated to cry,stacy said "you did more than enough, you loved me ,you cared for me , you were always trying to something special for me but it’s my own fault I was starting to get attracted to him ,you were always kind,gentle,respectful.i was the one who cheated on you""no no....nothing happened having feeling for other doesn't mean you are wrong but the person you are with is wrong"louis said. Louis got up wiping his tears “I know that he died and he was one of my good friends but can’t really do this to myself...we should take some time off"."What are you saying? We are good together it’s just feeling it would go away plzz"stacy said that while hugging him and panicking."Stacy ...Stacy...Stacy first you have to get over him you can’t just let go of the feeling. What you felt was real please think this through and really make sure what you want to do?"saying that Louis took her outside the house and bid her farewell and went back to his room wept the tears and he sat before the mirror and talked to himself"Noone goes around fucks with my feeling, tucker played it with his life and you will pay it suffering with emotion damage and load of guilty.Oh my I really pushed you to your breaking point didn't I? I thinking it will take fewer 5 hour until your break down after that you will be my obedient little pet and you wouldn't dare to look at any men. I went to such measures just for if I didn’t get you then what's the meaning of doing this and at the end you and I will be together forever, now I have to shake this bug of my shoulder".

                              The next day Louis got called into police station at a specific time. Louis enters in the Police station with confidence thinking it maybe for asking some questions about the murder. Policemen shows him to the interrogation room and there he found Sam with a smoking cigarette and asks him to sit down on the chair and the other police officer leaves the room closing the door, now there only two of them in the room and Sam in his sleepy eyes says “I know you are the murderer”. Louis’s face was still not moved an inch not shocked nor fear, there were no sort of emotions on his face but from the inside he was terrified, he thought “How is this possible? I did not leave any sort of evidence, did someone testify against me? did someone saw me that day ,wait calm down think this trough, first why would he suspect me ,maybe because I was seen on both the murder were related to me but then there must be a lot of suspect ,oh I get it he is playing game with me ,he called everyone he suspect and accused them of murder to see their reaction I must calm down" after brief thought "sir that some serious allegation you are putting on me ,lets says even if I commit to murder ,I don't have any disclosure to give you" says louis.sam says "fair enough . now tell me this ...if you did murder what will be the reason for it means what is that, that will push you around the edge to do something as horrible as murder please try to be honest with me , no one is listening , think of it as a therapy session ,let everything out”. “wow...that some interesting question you asked there.”, in his mind he thought “he trying to lure me in, I will kill anybody who comes in me and my goal, but this answer will only grow more suspicion".louis after a long pause he answered "I will kill anyone who will try to harm my loved ones" .Seeing the answer sam said ok and let him leave. Then freed comes in and says "See there is nothing suspicious about the boy, from the look of it he seems very upset about both his friends murders”. Sam gave glance to freed and said "You know what I have a gut feeling about this boy that isn't going away, try as I might think but he has to do something about the murders”. “What are you saying?”Freed asked."We met three friend in common of both the victims and said thing to all of them ,both of them panicked but this lad was awfully silent ,no person is this silent when they are accused of murder ,either he did it or knows about it. I’m just saying that he just increased percentage on my suspicion radar that all”. Louis was walking out the police station and he walked for few miles, he saw a public bathroom, he went in there and screamed so loud that the dog sleeping outside walked up and the guy who was taking piss got startled and run out from there, louis looked at the mirror and thought “I made a minor mistake there I went over my head, I should have known this was a trap, I have to do something to remove my suspicion. Think....think...think admit.”Louis banging his head with his hand stopped and had a mischievous look on his face "Oak now it’s clear from now on I will run the show".

                                                                                                                                                       THE IDIOT

 

                             

                                             Inspector Sam was wondering with Freddy asking questions in the neighbourhood, “This is no good, nobody doesn't know much about the boy”. Freddy in convincing manner said “Just this last one sir”. They went on the footstep and rang doorman old lady opened the road “What do you want?",Freddy said “Well we are police and we would like to ask you some question”, she replied “No get out of here”, Sam looked through the door and can notice that beside her someone was there so he asked “is there anyone other than yourself in the house”, she angrily shouted "No”, inspector can see panic in her voice, so he pushed her aside and went in and he searched all places in the eagerly, while he was entering in the kitchen he saw someone was hiding in bedroom below the bed, he leaned back and there was a man, after seeing             

A human being other than her grandmother he started yelling and started crying and making chaos. After some time things calm down those all four of them sat down, Sam approached “I’m sorry for causing you trouble but do you mind answering some question”. She said "Yes"."ok tell me this where were you at the day of murder?""We were in the house all day""Was there any fights between your grandson and tucker""No”. His asked many more questions but she denied all of them but Sam knew that they were all lies, so he asked if he could ask the boy in private in which she hesitated and repilied"Phillip is a very special chid. When he was young, he got in car accident with his parent. Thank god he was saved but his parent didn't survive the crash. As a result of that he remain in that mindset since then, he is just a boy in man's body, please be gentle with him, you know what you can ask him whatever you want in front of me”. Sam nodded and started asking phillip"Tell me is there any argument between you and tucker ", after listening the question, he looked at his grandmother and she looked in his eyes trying to say not to tell anything, an noticed and he said"Hey...hey..Don’t be afraid of me you can tell me anything, ok here is the deal if you answer my question correctly; I will bring you some nice icecream".Phillip became happy and agreed to tell the truth. “let me ask you again, did you and tucker had an argument about something, if yes please tell me about it.""Yes. He had an on'nako that I wanted really badly and we had a big fight about that""on'nako, what is that some kind of toy""yes" replied Phillip."Ok were where you really on the day of murder?""I was out all day I saw a red sea coming from tucker that day; I got sacred and ran towards the house so fast that day”. Freddy looked surprised and he looked towards Sam and Sam nodded. Freddy said "Common Philip we will go out and get you some ice cream”. His grandmother understood she pulled Phillip away from Freddy and then started yelling “He didn't do it. He is all I have, he is stupid but he never does someone’s murder”. Sam grabbed grandmother pulled her aside and Freddy took Philip in the car. Sam tried to calm down his grandmother"shh...shah...shah...you know he did it but you just don't want to believe it, he has that child's mentality and he could do anything if he is angry”, grandmother pushed him away and slapped Sam in the face “Don’t you dare?",Freddy again came in the house and searched Philip’s room and he found a knife under the bed and he came down stairs he showed it to Sam and grandmother after seeing that she again started crying and begging to semi know he did not do it, you have to believe me”. Sam said "I will do anything in my power to reduce his sentence”, he hugged the grandmother there was tears in Sam’s eyes he said Freddy to wait outside he will be out in a minute and after that they took Phillip in custody and put charges on him for the murder tucker.

                                             TV was on and news reporter said “Breaking news the murderer of tucker Wilson has been caught, it was his neighbour's grandchild Phillip wagnar, he is mentally disabled man, who killed tucker out of anger”, Louis was seeing the news and he thought "Well that was easy, my job was only to put the weapon under

his bed once then gone to church on sunday,that fool's who leaves the windows open, she must be getting old , well this is just a start now the real game begins".

                                                                                                                                                      THE DEVIL

 

                                             Sam was sitting in his chair smoking cigarette; he couldn't shake off the feeling that he caught a wrong culprit. He couldn't sleep through night, so he wakes up and goes to police station where Phillip is held. Sam drives his car and reaches station and there are only two police officers guarding the prison ,he wakes them and scolds them and then goes to the jail section and he hears crying of someone ,he goes forward and there is Phillip ,crying his back against the wall and then he calls phillip,phillip looks backside and then goes rushing towards Sam and says “please let me see my grandmother”, seeing Phillips condition Sam breakdown and then he says “I can't help you Phillip unless you give me something solid to work on,phillip wondered and he said "there was another man there he also saw it ","what”, “yes he said if someday you get in trouble with this, tell them this’d fable about following your dream, two no. that spell same if you write them upward or downward ,in that the third line from start and word which has meaning circumstances that happens without actual connection and then dial it in a phone' he said this”, “this is too long for a number, why didn't you just ask for his no. ""I don't know, I was scared" and then Sam took the code and went home to decipher .It was a real hard code to solve and Sam thought “if he is a witness then why go this far ,he could have came up front, maybe there is someone stopping him, maybe he is involved in dark stuff, he maybe some kind of criminal or he may be the killer ,countless possibilities one killer, let’s see I figured out two things ,first is that it is a book or magazine or news paper ,I just have to find that in which one that has the first line of the code, second:-it is phone no. ,it says dial it up what else it can mean, for now let’s just go home and rest for a while find things in the morning”. He goes to the his house, he enters in the hall and then he sees daughter's study material lying around, so he calls her but there was no reply so he assumes that she asleep, he picks up one book "hush..English to Japanese translation , why is she reading this kind of stuff “he throws it away and as soon as he was going to the TV remote his eyes fell on another book 'THE ALCHEMIST' and below that was written 'fable about following your dream’, am get shocked and picks up the book and move to the second part of the clue ' two no. which spell same upward or downward’ “what does it mean ",then he opens the book and try to look page no. upward and downward and then it clicks that the no. which looks similar upward and downward is 69 and then he went to page no. 69 and then he goes to third line there was a sentence written ‘there’s no such thing as coincidence' and the hint was circumstances that happen without actual connection that means coincidence, no what?, it say dial it on phone ,ok I get it's the alphabets ,it's hard to do it on Smartphone ,where did my button phone go, yes here it islet see" he dial's up the number and calls it, the other speaker receives it “Hello this chicken palace”, am cuts the phone "I may have dialled wrong number" he again tries it and it received again by the chicken palace food company, so he thinks it maybe a false clue but as a last resort he says" hey listen I don't want to order any chicken but by any chance you know something about a clue that adds up to your number”, the other speaker went silent ,Sam became suspacious"Hello ,are you still there?""Yes I noted your order mister, it will be delivered tomorrow at sharp 5 o'clock at trader's avenue”, am says"understood", sam thought "What an interesting guy, he choose traders avenue at5 because there's too much crowd at that time so no one will notice him, but what concerns me is that who is this guy, an ally or a foe?"

                                             The very next day Sam was there at 4:40 so he can check whether he is being set up or not, he brought Freddy with him, but Freddy doesn't know a thing, Sam told him to wait by the car for half an hour. After seeing the area Sam realized that it is not a trap, but he had his doubts. At exactly 5:00 the traders association last bell rang and all the workers were free to go, suddenly it was very around samisen was holding cigarette in one hand and pushing people from others and suddenly there was something against his back and he sees back and it is a gun and Sam gets shocked and tries to calm down immediately and ask him "who are you”, the other guy holding gun says "me..Hmm...That’s not too important; you can refer to me as devil that can do anything to get his way”, “Why are you carrying a gun? What is it? Are you the murder or witness?","Again with the identity, what are trying to judge me or something. Relax my friend I just wanted to chat that's all. So let me ask you a question, is evil something you are? or something you do?","its ridiculous, a evil person does evil things to fulfil his evil desire or take out anger on this world because it was unjust full for him","ohh that's a good answer, officer you are criminal minded yourself”, devil laugh's and says “now what just you said true for some petty criminal who are manipulated by their emotion but I think evil is in their nature, let see what is evil? the definition is immoral or wicked, but that not true from my perspective evil is an emotion which resides in all of us but when it is full it comes out ,when whole world is doing good there are some person's to do evil to balance that good ,it is not that they are the evil person but they are doing it for the betterment of world or it will be cursed you know..,this world need such people who will take the responsibility to balance the good out, and that's why most people do evil but they are not evil themselve","Aren't you a talking beauty ,barbering about good and evil like you some kind of god”, “No god only devil","ok devil why don't you tell me the reason of calling me here”, “it’s about your case ,you are right Philip is not the  murder can only give the motive behind the murder ,you have to find the killer yourself”, “fine just tell me the clue I have wasted enough time on you”, “the killer killed the boy for a girl”, am gets pretty shocked "how do you know?",devil laugh's and says “I am the killer”, and then suddenly he disappear in the crowd ,then Sam realizes there is nobody behind him and then he started searching but there was so much crowd wearing the same jacket as the devil, while Sam was searching at the end of the road devil removes his mask and jacket and throws it away ,it is louis.Louis wears his goggle and lutes a cigarette and sits in his car and drives in front where Sam is searching for devil.sam is exhausted so he called Freddy and while talking he sees a car approaching and suddenly only a little bit of window open and suddenly smoke comes out of the car, am couldn’t see who smoked it but it reminds him of his own cigarette and he sees that's its missing as soon as Sam realizes that it's devil's car, the car left in full speed. He couldn't see the car name or number. And the from the back freed arrives and he sits in the car and leaves with a question in his mind who is this girl.

                                                                                                                                                       THE TRUTH

 

 

                                             Sam couldn’t sleep that night. He wanted to know who this girl was, and he has to know by himself because for the police the suspect has been caught. For them the case has been closed. So he has to find out the truth all by himself. He went in the kitchen to get coffee, as he was pouring coffee he saw someone

Sneaking in the case file, he said “Whose there?".Suddenly the person turned around and it was stacy.stacy said "it's just me dad”, “Stacy what are doing this time of the night and why are you sneaking through my case files that's bad manner’s”, “I couldn't sleep so I came down and saw this file. Tucker was my friend”, “But you go to other school than tucker”, “We had a common friend”, “Who was it?","promise me you are not going to yell","ofcourse not”, “I had a boyfriend. His name is Louis. We met on dating app. He would always take me to his friend's party and functions; at one party I met tucker. He and Louis were not really close friends but they were ok.Louis introduced me to him and after that I found that he goes to the same church as mine and work part time where I work. Louis was loyal, respectfull and everything but I don't know why but I was getting attracted to tucker day by day. He was sweet, kind, gentle; funny. He would always come to see me home. But suddenly one day he was dead. It put me in great shock and I couldn't take it anymore so I told Louis everything and he dumped me.”Stacy started crying and Sam comforted her, an after five minutes he took her to the bedroom and made her sleep. He came down ,sat on the chair and he thought"Oh my god ,the girl for which Phillip fought for was stacy.It make perfect sense ,Stacy is learning Japanese language, she must somehow told it to phillip,the Japanese word for girl 'on'nanko'.That means the killer is Louis. He killed tucker out of jealousy.Ohh Louis I got you now".

                                             The very next day Sam is stalking Louis and all his activities. Going to movies, school, purchasing grocery was like Louis daily schedule. There was no regret, no guilt on Louis face that made Sam sick to the stomach. Days after days of following Louis around he can see the pattern in Louis’s movement and that's when he decides to frame him for the murder. Sam thought to himself he must have done some kind of mistake. He started thinking how did Louis did it and it was unimaginable to him ,He thought "The first time I met him ,I went to tucker's house for investigation and checked the telephone but there was nothing there. What a minute the plug of the telephone was pulled out, he may have deleted their conversation by the time I came back in, and there must be something in that conversation that was big evidence against him. Wait the kid that died that at the fugitive running attempt was trucker’s friend and was the one who called tucker about playing online game and the very next day he died. This is not a coin incidence, I don't know how he did it but I have a gut feeling that Louis did it. If he had also killed the other kid that means that kid must have to know something that Louis didn’t want us to know. If I could just find that what he wanted to tell me, I could get that piece of shit .Even if I found that, it must something related to the game they were playing that day.                                                                                                                                                       THE VISIT

                                            

 

                                             At the same time Louis he knew was being followed by Sam and slowly he was getting annoyed. He wanted to get rid of smashed thought “Man this is annoying. He is following me like dog follows a bone. I have to get rid of him as soon as possible.”As per his regular schedule Louis walked into the Shopping mall and Sam was still following. He took the grocery item that were on the list and then came to the billing counter. There he listened small whispers "Hey did you hear the boy that fugitive killed is still alive and is currently in the hospital" said a housewife to another housewife “I know he was our neighbour such a sweet child may he be out of danger”. Louis paid the bill and went outside with calm composure while Sam was watching from a distant. Louis thought “What is happening he is still alive? Now that they mentioned it there was no funeral or news about it and I didn't even see his parent. He is still alive. And he can wake up anytime? I have to do something about it.”Sam started walking behind Louis and suddenly he bumped into a lady "I'm sorry miss but I’m in a hurry”. Lady shouted at him but he ignored and he thought he remembered that face from somewhere but he didn't recogize, he left that thought and followed Louis’s Louis was walking he suddenly stopped to catch a breath. For Sam this was unusual because Louis doesn't fool around, he quickly understood that something was wrong .Sam thought “This is not in his pattern to sit down during his assigned task .Something is wrong. But what? What happened in the super market? What did he see or hear that caused him to sit down during his routine. Maybe i am thinking too much. But there is possibility that something maybe wrong let see He came out of the store normally after him that lady came.Oh!wait does it have something to do with that lady. I know that lady from somewhere? Yes she is the neighbour of the boy who was killed by a fugitive. She came to the station that day with the boy's parents. She was one of the people know that boy didn't die. It was just some idiot reporter said that boy is died and it never occurred to him to correct it. Maybe Louis just got the information he is alive. I can take advantage of the situation. He will try to kill that boy again and I can arrest him in the act."

                                             Louis got up from the bench and Walked straight to his house. Entered his room and sat down on the table he thought "How do I do it? How can I shake of the police officer and kill that guy? Maybe I can give ransomed to someone to kill him and keep the police officer on my tail. But if that guy who I paid for get caught he can expose me and also I don't have that kind of money. What should I do? I can do this at night. I never see Sam following during night, maybe I could do it at night .So night it is. Now the second question how do I kill him? There must be at least one police officer as a guard there. But what if all this is a trap. That two lady's maybe sent by Sam himself to lure into his trap I have to make my decisions carefully. Even if he is still alive Sam will try to lure me into murdering him. I got a plan maybe it could work.

                                             Sam was up all night in the hospital where Anthony was admitted, waiting for Louis to come but Louis didn't show up and that made him uneasy

"What is his next move or did his already play it? He never came to the hospital last night. What is he thinking? I had checked every cacti footage but he was not in there too .Oh God! I need a coffee real bad." Sam came out the hospital to a cafeteria outside the hospital and while he was enjoying his coffee suddenly out of nowhere Louis showed up .He caught Sam offgaurd."What's he doing here? Is he mad or something .Showing up like this is a real bad move. Isn’t he supposed to be genius? There is some game play here which I am not seeing ".After 5 minutes another guy showed up ,Sam got confused. After sometime there were 4 boys and 3 girls .Sam understood that they came to visit Anthony and then he went to confront them .While walking towards Louis ,Sam saw a medical outside the hospital with a cctv camera. He ignored that stoped Louis at the gate.”Hey kids where are you going?”Said Sam."That's none of your business mister “said Barbara (she had a thing for Anthony)."Just tell me where you are going this isn't a joke"."To visit our friend Anthony and also a relative of mine “said Cameron. While they were having conversation, Sam saw that louisisn't talking much and playing chess in his phone .After the conversation ended and Sam asked them to visit first Cameron’s relative and after that they can visit Anthony with himself as there guide and they agreed."Ok I have to check something after visiting your relative please meet me here ".With that they moved on but Louis got close to Sam and said “I made my move”, and showed him phone and simile at his face. Sam got frustrated and then went to the medical shop to see if he gets anything.Shopowner showed him the cctv footage of last night.Sam got shocked by what he saw.It was louis puechasing some medicines .Sam ran to the hospital and asked where the kids go"They went room 207".It was anthony's room .Sam rushed to anthony's room.He slammed anthony's door and went and taken all the medicine and asked the nurse "Did he take any medication".Nurse said no.And after that he started scolding them .And suddenly anthony started to shiver really hard. and after some time he stopped and nurse checked his pulse.Anthony was dead.Sam throwed medicine and attacked louis"What did u do you scumbag? Do you not have little bit sympathy for your friend's life".Everyone in the room got confused.Camron asked "What are you saying?"."your little friend is responsible for this and i am going to teavh him a lesson" with that Sam arrested louis.Louis was silent the whole time and he didn't even oppose him.

                                             Louis was in jail for two murder's.Tim entered in Sam with anger and said "what's going on? Why did you arrest that kid? Even if you arrested him you should have a solid proof to prove his guilt.Do you have it?"."Yes sir I have one proof with which i can prove he is guilty".The autopsy guy entered the room and said "There is no proof"."wait what?"."Yes the medicine he purchased from the hospital is just normal asprin.And anthony died of blood exertion which happened because of increase in containminated ditroxyl in is body which may be natural cause.There is no proof that he may have killed by giving him any medicine or some thing".Tim looked angry "Now what are we going to do"."We will frame him for murder" said sam anxiously."how are you going to frame him"."I know all his daily pattern we can comeup with a story and frame him for atleast killing anthony in court and it's upto jury to decide .Come captain if you are not going to support me then who will?".Tim looked at him and said "alright.But if you get caught it has nothing to do with me".Tim walked out the door .Sam was relived that tim supported him ,He was very sure that he can make a case against louis .He went to the jail section to meet louis .Louis was there sitting in the dark alone with a smile on his face which made sam uncomfortable "What are you laughing about?I know you did all those murders and you are going to pay for it.You played with my daughter's heart you scumbag"."Jeez i did two murder's and you are worried about your daughter's heart.Come on this happened because of her .If she hadn't fallen for him this would never happen and right about tommorow i was going introduce my self to you and be polite and gentlemen.So that you could give me your daughter's hand in marraige some day.But look where we are instead of giving me your daughter's hand you have given me this handcuffs.But it's alright still i am going to marry your daughter"."Stop day dreaming"."Oh no this is not a day dream .Do you really think tommorow i am going to be guilty.Don't you think i had come up with some kind of plan for situation like this".Sam stared at him angryly ,banged his hand against the wall and leaved the jail seciton. Came outside of the station lighted a cigarette and exhailing the cigarrette said"You cocky little son of a bitch."

                                                                                                                                          THE JUDGEMENT DAY

 

 

                                             The court date was coming soon of louis's trial.Everyone was worried and scared whether he did it or not.Louis's parent were clueless about this.Louis mother was constantly crying and his father were constantly doubting him.But louis never said a single word and silently watched their faces from the dark and had a grin smile on his face.The court day came ,Louis didn't have any money to afford a lawyer so he decided to fight the case by himself against the government lawyer Andrew Macmillion.The precceeding started first harvey asked to Louis to come to the witness box and asked"Mr Louis Briggs did you or did you not commit murder of Mr Anthony parker"."No"."Ok then could you please explain me why were you roaming around the hospital were anthony was admitted "."Ofcourse Mr. spector,I was there to take asprin tablet and the store near my house was closed "."Are you sure the medical shop was closed"."Yes i am pretty sure because the owner of the store is my father's friend and he told my father they were going outside the city to attend a marraige cermony".Judge and the jury looked at his father.His father got confused what to say at time like this ,so he just nodded.Macmillion said"Fair enough.Louis why were you having headache that night ,Is it because of some kind of guilt of doing something wrong."."You are right mr.Macmillion there was guilt because i was not there to save my friend,there was fear that i might be next,there was anxiety,loniliness, and everything .I lost two of my good friends how am i suppose to react ? I got nightmares everyday .I would wake up in the middle of the night with high fever and headaches.Eventhough i got good news that anthony was alive and i got nightmare that night too and so without disturbing my parents i went on to take an asprin and ended up in the medical store near the hospital" Louis said this while shading some tears.Harvey said"This is nothing to cry about .Come on you have case to fight, wipe your tear".With those fake tears louis won sympathy of most in the court including the opposing lawyer.Andrew asked another question "Ok Mr.Briggs i have another question for you ,See in this autopsy file clearly states that there was increase in ditroxyl in victim's body because of which he died.Now tell me was it just a coincidence that you happened to be there while this happened?".Louis in his mind"Coincidence really,I spent whole night to make a poisonous liquid but because of you i failed to insert it in his body but because of luck he died totally of natural cause".Louis repiled"Yes sir it was just a coincidence"."Ok another question for you , where you there when anthony got shot by a fugitive ,I believe you both were walking down the street"."Yes sir i was with anthony but it's just "."coincidence am i right mr.briggs"said andrew.Louis nodded to his reply.Upto now jury became suspacious of louis."your honour i believe anthony was walking towards the station to report something significant about Tucker Lobowskies murder case where Louis briggs himself was a prime suspect.Anthony's information was not too good but not to bad .That day anthony wanted to say that before tucker was murdered that day they were going to play an online game in which Louis also participated.According to game's history we found in anthony's phone ,first Mr.briggs appeared online then Mr.Lowbowskies means tucker came online and as soon as tucker came online Mr.briggs leaved the game and so did tucker without even playing it.That made officer samwell fiddle suspacuous about Mr.briggs.Now its upto jury and your honour to decide who is the culprit here?".After listening to that judge said"Do you have any proof here?"."ofcourse your honour, the ditroxyl which increased in victim's body was by injecting some poisonous liquid and after arresting Louis briggs we got that a poisonous pensuline in his jacket which was emptied".After listening to this everyone got shocked even louis.Louis knew they had the pensuline but he didn't know that they will use it against him."As i remember the pensuline was full and there was no trace that i used it.They must have injected in anthony and blamed it on me.Well played officer.I wouldn't have guessed that you would stoop to this level.You were never a honest officer but you respected justice.Oh well what can expect from officer like him? I have to figure out a way out of this."louis thought to himself."With that your honour i rest my case. i fully accept the decision that you and our honourary jury will make." "OK now Mr.Macmillon has presented his case now its your turn Mr.Briggs to present your case " siad the judge.Louis got up and said"Thank u your honour.Your honour i did research on this case as i was defending myself.I came with some facts that you are never going to believe for that i would like to call Mr.Fiddle in the witness box".Sam saw this coming.Sam got up and walked towards the witness box."So mr.fiddle do you still think that i am the murderer of not only one but two human beings"."Yes.I have never been  so sure about anything in my life."."Ok do you know the Fugitive who stabbed anthony?""I just saw him on tv never met him personally"."He was caught for the previous murder that happened a day before tucker's murder Right"."I believe so"."Mr.fiddle do you know the name of the fugitive"."No,I can't remember it"."His name is John Williomson from tennesse ,Does that ring a bell"."No"."Let me refresh your childhood memories,Your this is picture of john and sam together at there highschool graduation .Now don't tell me you don't remember him".Suddenly things came back rushing to sam he remembered his friend and He became ashamed of himself ,Sam thougth"How can i not see it was john.".Sam's eyes were sorrow from regret not been able to do about his friends death."Your honour let me tell you my hypothesis,Mr.Fiddle's ex wife lucy had a previous relationship with John and john previously was really good friends with Sam but because of a girl that sam first liked didn't like him back but instead she liked his close friend john,which caused distance between john and sam.After John and lucy started dating ,Sam never talked to john again and left the city.Then many years later when lucy broke up with john she met sam and long story short ,she married him.But there still was a grudge in sam's heart that stacy chose john over him.So years passed John & lucy had both a kid and a divorce.Sam gets the knowledge that John also moved to lowskey.He plans to staisfy his manly ego to frame john with help of his friend and batchmate at police academy Tim,Tim was already working on a murder case and then suggest sam ,That they can frame john for murder"."Your honour what is he talking about ? he is just speaking rubbish to get his way" Sam said angryly."Mr.fiddle calm down .Mr.Briggs the court doesn't work on hypothesis we need solid proof" Judge said politely."I'm sorry your honour but this is the only hypothesis and here after whatever i say has a solid proof for it.So Mr.fiddle tell me this where you in town the day tucker was murdered and please explain the situation at the time."I was first a cheif officer of lowskey and after i got divorced i couldn't move my head aroud my work so i got demoted and sent to tallahasee.Moved there but my mother and daughter were living here with me while i was here because i didn't wanted her to change school so i suggested that i would to up down from tallahasee.On working days i was there and on weekends i was here.And yes the day tucker was murdered i was here but the very next day i went back and i got call from tim to work on a case.Yeah this is my situation"."thank u Mr.fiddle for explaining it so thoroghly.Her daughter when she turned 14 ,She had her first kiss with henry her neighbour,when mr.fiddle heard that from her daughter.He gave a death threat to henry and that point on henry didn't even talked to stacy.From this incident this is clear that he is overprotective of his daughter and he can go so far that to killing someone.".Sam yelled "this doesn't mean i killed someone"."Oh Mr.fiddle how naive.Now i am going to proove that you are the criminal here.Your honour I'd like Mr.freedy to testify something.I want to call him in the booth alongside Mr.fiddle".Judge gives the order freddy moves forword and sit alongside sam."Mr.freedy i have just 3 question to ask you 1.the phone call you went to check at Tucker's house was checked by Mr Fiddle solely and you didn't hear the phone conversation first"."Yes because I waited outside in the car but I heard it after he came back from tucker's house"."Alright 2.Did you or Mr Fiddle find the knife in phillips bedroom first".Freddy got confused "He found it"."3rd and final question, Did you and Mr. Fiddle stay with Anthony the night before the murder? And answer me precisely"."Well I took shifts but he was there all night "."Thank you Mr.freddy your information was too valueable".Freddy lleft the booth."So back to mister Fiddle, as per my first question is it possible your honour and respective jury that Mr Fiddle could have tampered with the phone logs or erased some calls.As per my 2nd question Mr.Fiddle find the knife before Mr. Freddy or he just placed a knife there before Mr. Freddy could arrive.For my 3rd question, as Mr. Freddy's shift was over there were atleast 5 to 10 minutes for next officer to arrive that had to be enough time to poison Anthony.This answer is how he did it? Now I will tell you why he did it?

1. to erase his own call with Tucker about calling him to the building 2.He wanted a temporary bird in his cage so that he could get more time to frame me. He knew that Philip had a fight with Tucker for his daughter and also it was to frame a metal guy.3. His first attempt at killing anthony failed and he was looking for a chance to kill in hospital. Your honour do you know that before meeting a victim patient you have to first make an appointment and Mr. Fiddle saw the opportunity that I was going to be there. So he can frame me for Anthony's murder rather than Tucker's. Now Your Honour look at this receipt,it is from the small shop beside the building.See there is a cigarette purchase at 12 june around 3:45 nearly half an hour after tucker's murder.And this is my recipt from mall that i went with my mother that day at 2:00 clock to nearly 5:00 in the evening and i was with my mother the whole time so i couldn't have time to kill tucker or who else would carried her bags.The reason behind Mr.fiddle to kill tucker was that he would see himself in tucker . How his life evolved like his.Mr.Fiddle knew about me as well as tucker from his mother . He saw three of us ,me,tucker and stacy as him,john and lucy and he knew that stacy would have left me one day to be with tucker.They would have been happy at first but eventually they will start fighting and that will cause affairs,addiction and total life in chaos.And they would finally be divorced and after that loniliness,anixety,regret will hit stacy pretty hard which would cause stacy to take her own like her mother.He knew it was not going to happen but what if it does? that was the question that was eating Mr.Fiddle.He didn't want to take chance on his daughter's life so he decided to remove both of us from her life.So he planned it deligently but things didn't go according to his plans.By the end of it became so messy that he sacrificed his school bestfriend,framed a mentally challenged a man,poisononed a 18 year old boy and killed a boy with a knife for nothing .Your honour tucker didn't even knew that stacy liked him.There all lives were ruined for what? just to make sure that her daughter do not kill herself like her mother." Sam lost his temper crossed the fence and punched louis in the face and started hitting him badly.Police officers grabbed Sam .Sam was furious but his eyes went to a girl in the corner crying her heart out.He pushed all the officer and ran to the corner "hey sweety whatever he told is lie don't you ever belive that".His daughter rised her head.The minute he saw in his daughter's eyes he knew he had lost her complety trust."Nothing in this world is more impotant to me than you and if you don't believe me then my whole world will fall apart please trust me,please belive me" THen police officer grabbed him took him under arrest.After that jury decided that Louis was not guilty and judge pressed charges against Sam for two murder's and punished him of lifetime imprisonment.Louis face was messed up.He went outside of the court.He looked up in the sky and started to smile "ow it hurts even to smile that basterd .Well this is the most fun i ever had in my life .Ouch It hurst even to talk I must see a docter soon" like that Louis won the court case against Sam.

                                                                                                                                                      THE REAL CRIMINAL                                                                                                                                                                 5 years passed both stacy and Louis became adults and got married.They had 1 kid and Louis was working in the multinational company with high paying job.But they still lived at his parents house.During the 5 years time louis's mom suffered from anixiety while his died of heart attack .So louis didn't want her mother to living alone So he used to take care of him.But sadly last year her mother passed away from brain tumor.So it was louis and stacy living alone in the house with their kid.One day louis was preparing tea .He heard a door open and close he assumed stacy is back."Honey you back so early.DO you want any tree" Said louis."So i assume she is not home ? is            she? My dear son-in-law" said Sam pointing a gun towards Louis.Louis smiled towards Sam and said "I was expecting you.Not now but 2 years from now but anyway Do you want any tea?"."I thought you'd be surprised .Now i'm surprised that you could predict me coming over.And i'd like a cup it's been ages since i drank tea." Louis poured tea for both of them while sam was still pointing gun at louis."Would you cut it off.I don't have a plan for you now.But if you would have came two years later as i predicted then i would have easily defeated you again.For now you have me pinned down.So you can chill.So tell me how was jail"."Really.Lets see i was a former cop so they wouldn't include me with them and they beat the hell out of me every day.Once they took food from me for 15 full days i had to survive on water and i got clamedia and nossle infection and many other infection.Due to the beating 43 of bones are still broken .What do you think how i am doing?"."Sorry that i asked you something.How did ean from jail.oh never mind i just got it.So tell me do you wanna know anything before you shot me"."Tell me did you really plan everthing and Why did you thought to pin everything on me"."You were a stubborn one.You wouldn't have let you daughter marry me.And your daughter was also a stubborn one,She wouldn't have married me unless her daddy gives her permission.So i had destroy her faith in you so i framed you for murder.Eventually she would have left for tucker and i knew our relationship was not that good but i loved her didn't want her to go.So i thought of killing two birds with one shot .As per How i did it? It was simple i called tucker to the building basement wher murder had already happened before.To make it seem like only police officer can access the place.I chose that building for you because i knew shop cigarette from the store beside the building and that day i came to your hous secretly to meet stacy but i was actually their to stole your cigarettes.Have you ever wondered that it was the only that your phone's alarm was buzzing.You woke up to the alarm thinking why is the phone buzzing? you stoped the alarm and stared finding cigarettes.You couldn't find it so you immediately rushed to the store where i was killing tucker and you were busy in purchasing cigarettes.I fooled my mother in thinking i was there the whole time but when she started fighting with the shopkeeper she wouldn't have noticed even if i was being kidnapped.I escaped from there and killed tucker.And that when fixed the phone i immediately erased my call from the phone.And about you friend it was easy because he was invovled in drugs .I called  police and reported that i have evidence that John did thst previous murder.I didn't have any evidence i just wanted him to kill anothony and that idiot thought he was being arrested for selling illeagle drugs.But he didn't do his job correctly you know.As for phillip i just wanted someone to make it seem like you could frame someone .I used him only to make my case strong and he was a good candidate.Last of all anthony it was pure luck i went their to kill him with poison but he died a natural death.But you did really frame me for that one.So this how i done it."."impressive for kid of 18 year of age but how you convinced my daughter to marry you?"."She was filled with guilt at the end and thought you did it all for her.I went to see her and said that i would done the same if i was in your father's place and falled for me again and eventually we got married with obstacle in between"."You lucky basterd".Louis got up and started walking picking the tea cup putting them into dish washer and slowly grabbed a gun in from the drawer "luck isn't the right word for this You piece of...".Sam fired as soon as he turned around .He shot louis furiously without stopping untill the bullet were out.Sam sat on the chair ,there were tears in his eyes.He heard a somebody opened a door.He thought it was his daughter ."I know i killed your husband you can the police and throw your father in jail once again".Sam saw backwards it was phillip.Sam was shocked even before he moved his muscle ,Phillip shot sam in the head and killed sam.Phillip got out of the house and sat in the car looked at his face in the mirror "I look handsome today aren't i?" and then drove the car in full speed.\
